Why my banner only displays on one monitor?

From the Server -> Setting tab -> Screen, then click on the “+” sign to add another screen setting.
Notice: Next to the screen, there is a screen number. The total number of screens should match the total number of physical monitors. Our software supports up to 12 screens/monitors per OS.
