Frequently Asked Question

Current Portal uses the FREE / P0 plan for no-cost evaluation and limited production use; there is no separate automatically created trial plan.

1. Sign in to the Software Portal.
2. Open CICB > License > Add License, select FREE, and complete the zero-cost checkout.
3. Install the current signed CICB release and copy the Server ID from CICB-Server About.
4. Enter and bind that Server ID to the license in the Portal.
5. Download the generated license file and activate or place it using the current CICB-Server workflow.
6. Restart CICB-Server only if the application or installer instructs you to do so, then verify the license details in About.

Plan duration and renewal terms are displayed in the Portal and can change.
