I see the Air Gap Mode (AGM or AKA. SCIF Mode or OFFLINE Mode). Is that a pure offline licensing model?

In AGM, all communications are limited to local area networks (unless the IT admin configures it to remote use via a VPN).
In AGM, one-way communication from the client banner to the server is only via a socket TCP port 56789 as default.
In AGM, the client banner will emit client metadata and report to the server controlled by the IT admin settings. All communications are encrypted.
