I see the SCIF Mode. Is that a pure offline licensing model?

In SCIF Mode, all communications are limited to local area networks (unless the IT admin config to remote use it via a VPN).
In SCIF Mode, there is only one-way communication from the client banner to the server via a socket TCP port 56789 as default.
In SCIF Mode, the client banner will emit client metadata and report back to the server controlled by the IT admin settings. All communications are encrypted.
