REASON

• This means the client cannot find the group name on the server. 

SYMPTOMS

1. The client banner displays default text and white background color.
2. The client banner displays the status "Group Not Found".

SOLUTIONS

1. Please make sure both the server and client (copy the client.connection file or use CCM) are using the same group name. (Case sensitive)
2. Make sure the group name only contains upper letters/lower letters/numbers or *, -, and _ special characters only.
