How to Obtain A FREE License?

FREE / P0
FREE / P0 does not require PGS approval. Sign in to the Software Portal, open CICB > License > Add License, select FREE, complete checkout, bind the CICB-Server ID, and download the generated license file.
PGS / P4
PGS is a separate plan for eligible Public and Government Sector organizations. Use the Portal-to-Support SSO path to request eligibility review. Current quantity, duration, price, and approval terms are displayed in the Portal.
A contractor, email domain, or organization name does not automatically establish PGS eligibility.
