This could mean two things, 1. you never set any text; 2. your OS display scale setting is incorrect.

Try:

• Server (S) -> Settings -> Add right text.
• Change your OS display settings where Client (S) is on, change it back to 100% dpi first. Then reboot both the Client and Server. Once the banner displays correctly, then rechange the scale back to what you want.
