CICB is commercial vendor software for Windows endpoint classification and information-labeling banners. It is not the discontinued Microsoft classification-banner utility and is not presented as an official DoD-wide standard product.

We do not publish customer identities or claim that a military branch or government organization uses CICB unless that organization has authorized a public reference.

Government and contractor organizations should evaluate CICB against their own architecture, security classification guide, CUI policy, procurement rules, and authorization boundary. Review the current vendor evidence and limitations at classificationbanner.org.
