This issue pertains to an application shortcut.

There are two types of shortcuts:

1. If you need the CICB-Client run for the currently logged-in user, please copy the shortcut to:
   Run App -> shell:startup
   (aka.C:\Users\userA\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\)
   where the userA is your current logged-in user account name.
   
   Then, you can copy the shortcut into the pop-up folder.
   
   
2. If you need the CICB-Client run for all users, please copy the shortcut to:
   Run App -> shell:common startup
   (aka. C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\)
   
   Then, you can copy the shortcut into the pop-up folder.
