This is a known issue; it will be fixed in a future release.

1. For the currently logged-in user, there is a shortcut installed under:
   Run App -> shell:startup
   (aka.C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\)
   where the user is your current logged-in user.
   
   
   
2. If you need the CICB-Client run for all users, please move the shortcut to:
   Run App -> shell: common startup
   (aka. C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\)
