How to update my payment or account information?

Due to the limitation of payment gateway restrictions, customer_id/payer_id cannot change while the subscription is in session. Our system does not store any customer payment information. 

But, if you need to update your payment due to a lost card, an expired card, or a user account change, you can:

  1. Let the current subscription expire on the last day of your subscription. 
  2. Resubscribe using your new payment information or account information.
