ERROR: “Invalid License”

REASON

  • The server service and not neither find a valid license.
  • The server service was re-installed without a valid license.

SYMPTOMS

  1. The client banner displays the default text and background color.
  2. The client banner displays the "Invalid License" status.
  3. The server service -> About tab -> shows Invalidate License.

SOLUTIONS

  1. Buy a new license via the portal -> CICB -> License.
  2. Re-download the server license via the portal -> CICB -> License
  3. Make sure the license has the correct expiration date on it.
