This means your client's computer cannot connect to the server.
Try:
- Make sure both the Client/Server are in the same LAN.
- Config your client computer system firewall -> allow outbound port 56789 (TCP).
- Config your server computer system firewall -> allow inbound port 56789 (TCP).
- Config CCM with the same information as Server settings.
